Come learn about two exciting research on Material Science each being conducted by student won the ASM-poster competition.
Connor Kemp, graduate student from Queens University will talk about “Measuring Residual Strains in Deformed Metals Using a Focused Ion Beam”
and
Stephen J. Baskey, graduate student from the University of Ottawa will talk about “TNF-Alpha and Chemokine Release by Macrophages Exposed to Cobalt and Chromium Ions in-Vitro”
Each talk takes about 30 minutes and follows by a friendly Question and Answer session.
